Align Chiropractic Wellness, located in New City, NY 10956, is a modern facility where we offer specific scientific chiropractic adjustments.  Our goal with this care is to reduce and remove interference from your nervous system, known as subluxations. 

Your body has an “innate” ability to be healthy, so long as the controlling mechanism, the nervous system, is free from interference.  Subluxations are a major cause of interference to the function of your nervous system.  With time and repetition, our goal is to correct subluxations and allow your body to return to good health naturally, and without drugs.

Functional Muscle and Soft Tissue Therapies

Muscles, ligaments, tendons and connective tissue are all considered soft tissue.  We incorporate functional soft tissue techniques to keep the body moving and functioning properly.  Techniques utilized include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, massage, and neuromuscular proprioceptive training. 

Acupuncture

Acupuncture will unblock and balance the qi flow to bring back and maintain health throughout the body. It works on the nervous system (e.g. strengthening the immune system, increasing blood flow, improving digestion etc.) to reduce painful sensations allowing the body to function and heal itself. Acupuncture uses needles thin, flexible needles which allows energy to flow properly throughout your body.

We use specific exercises to facilitate proper function, strength, flexibility, and proprioception.
